Icwai demands drop chartered from icai

Dear Rajkumar Sir i agree with your comments but at first icai oppose the name change of icwai

ICAI and ICWAI  both are the professional institutions which have separate function and separate objective, why they interfiering each other in their pesonal business

Please know the fact, ICWA did not talk to ICAI for the sake of Name change. Govt asked three bodies for LLP. But ICWAI hided the name change proposal. It was MCA informed that ICAI is intereted in the case of name chnange.

Even Supreme court favored ICAI in the case of IFCAI for accounting regulation. How ICWAI  went it self for name change without taking ICAI in its consent.

ALL R POLITICS RATHER THAN TAKING RIGHT STEPS

IF CA AND CWA BOTH WILL CREATE MOU ABOUT MEMBERSHIP,EXEMPTION THEN ALL PROBLEM MAY BE STOPPED.ITS JUST AN EXPECTATION.

i am agree with that ..both have setup under an act of parliament.....but sir g there is difference between a chartered accountant and a cost accountant. ......everybody knows!!!!!cost accountant are not the management accountant...they are only cost accountant.

This is not feasible , as both course has diffrent in it nature and structure.

CA is taken as full time studies by most of students ( Please ignore those who have completed artileshattempting CA examps

CWA is taken as part time studies by maximum no. of students .( Mostly by working class)

Training structure is different , ICAI needs exclusive training in CA firm ( Ignore Dummy articleship)

ICWAI accept training from any where .

AT LEAST BOTH BODY CAN ALLOW PAPERS EXEMPTION OR ANY KIND OF MOU WHICH ENRICH OUR COUNTRY BUT FACT IS THAT ALL SEE OWN INTEREST AND IGNORE STUDENTS,MEMBERS INTEREST.

WE ALL NEED TO STOP THIS TOPIC EVERYWHERE THEN ALL WILL BE FINE.BOTH BODY NEED TO SEE PROFESSIONAL ENRICHMENT NOT POLITICS.

CA s are grooming because they are growing under monopilitic society where Statutory Audit can be done by CA only.Let other institute member be allowed to practice in the same field in view of the liberalized policy after 1991.Members may please go through the debate in Rajyasabha that what is real realisation will be in the mind of some MP , But it was preconceived mind of Veerappa Molily based on the strong lobby of CA s, the Minsiter has moved the bills.As competition act is coming very sortly, so ICWA should appeal in the court for  giving equal opportunity in the field of Statutory Audit like CA.Because in India Minister only listen when our court orders them.It is funny that in 2004 Standing Committee has recommended the change THE NAME from ICWAI to ICMAI.But it is sad that ICWAI when headed by person having dual qualification make compromise.Although ICWAI has very strong case, when it will appraoch the court.Seeing the mood of President and Vice President.I think that justice will be given by the act of court only.

Both body also headed by only single degree holder then he/she will see own body's interest.all this must need to think by members b4 voting.
