ICSI- Knowledge Portal (ICSI-KP) a capacity building initiative of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for its members and students is a reservoir of Knowledge enabling the users access to huge pool of information including Bare Acts, case laws, notifications and circulars issued by Government and regulatory authorities from time to time available from eJurix on the ICSI KP home page. This repository of knowledge provides access to intellectual property generated over a period of time through concerted research on contemporary topics relevant to trade, industry, corporate sector and corporate professionals contained in articles, research papers published in backgrounders, pilot papers, souvenirs, theme papers covering a variety of areas such as corporate governance, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, mergers & acquisition, taxation, company corporate, economic and securities laws, IPRs, accounting, corporate finance and financial management valuation, competition law etc. In addition, ICSI-KP users become eligible to subscribe to ejurix (www.ejurix.in) and its value added services, on substantially concessional price. ICSI-KP is indeed a invaluable facilitator to professionals in improving efficiency and competitive edge.
