from april 2021, I'm filing GST return of of sales fro. ice cream parlor @ 5% without ITC
now i just read the press release from 45th gst council meeting and in point H. Clarification in relation to GST rate on services they have said ice cream will attract 18% gst.
what should i do now?

Sale of food items was always sale of goods. A lot of people confused it with restaurant services. You will have to see if you are selling ice cream or you are providing ambiance where your customers are consuming ice cream
