ICAI website is so darn slow and laggy..it doesent open mostly..Is this just me or what??

ICAI's website is not down, its just that this problem occurs everytime u download some material and stuff from site. its very slow. keep patient and refresh the page regularly when pdf is to opne. this will help. otherwise u may get the physical material ordered thru noida via e-services from icai site through online publiction portal under e-services (b.o.s)
Even e sahaayata is not working since last 2 weeks. I couldn't receive verification mail.
