ICAI Injustice

hi chintan , i'm surprised to know that a premier institution's student has to bear all this and this can even happen to anyone of us even with me.for a CA student time matters really matters and that too after doing so good in exams and getting so low marks that too because of insti's wrong act.i don't know whether your friend is on caclubindia or not but i wud like to add you as my friend and i think you did your job as friend.i have Sympathy for your friend and anger to insti and thanks to you to post this .Hats off 2 you.

Please Provide His Roll Number ...so we can check it out.........

n ur also saying that after putting roll number the error is showing.....

n also that i can't take risk to give roll number.....

if its showing that error........then wat is risk man........

even we can't get his detail....as error is showing...........

so if this is genuine then put here roll number of ur friend.........

icai will not give compensation,but file it 2 lower court of ur city,u will get compensation without any help of lawyer,BUT MOST INTERESTING THING WHETHER ICAI NOT SENT MARKSHEET (REVISED)& PASS CERTIFICATE SO FAR N WHT IT INTIMATED ABT REVALUATION(NOW COME BYB SPEED POST)

I dont know why a student should remain quite after all this...

Either ELECTRONIC OR SATELLITE OR PAPER MEDIA should be used to reach whole INDIA and put this point to in front of all the students

The injustice are happened with so many pople earlier too. when they have to appear though they have cleared in re-checking. Cant help it....but bare it....i am very happy for your friend.

IT'S NOT SO EASY TO LET ICAI GO.............MAKE THEM REALISE THEIR MISTAKES..BY INFORMING
