B4 next exam institute may informed that one is passed (case may be there). It may be due the time taken 4 scrutiny (can be avoided). But i do not think that institute may informed after the result of next exam that one have qualified 4 the previous exam. With out evidence .............how can we believe? Some other possibilities Postal delay or Damged from the post office. Victim would have enquire the status if he is not receiving the reply....since there was a chance to pass according to the structure of marks. Custom of the institute is that it will inform for increase/no increase of marks, if one apply for scrutiny. |
