ANSWER SHEET MISSING: In continuation to the Institute’s Notification No. 13-CA (EXAM)/M/2011 dated 12th January, 2011, it is notified for the general information that Group – 1, Paper - 1 – Accounting of Integrated Professional Competence Examination held on 3rd May - 2011 in respect of Ms. Grishma Nadiq, Roll No. – 129394 whose Answer book was reported to be missing stands cancelled. The said examination will now be held again on 25th, July, 2011 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM. The venue of the examination will be The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, “ICAI Bhawan”, 16/0, Millers Tank Bed Area, Bangalore – 560052. Admit Card already issued would remain valid.

one of the most shocking news ever given by ICAI. just imagine what will run through now in the students mind. If the exam of the student was not good then its a bonus to the student but even looking at that scenario its really bad on the part of student community.

That was the easiest paper..Now the new paper won't be that easy..

It is happening first time in the icai history.

that is very bad news  for the students.

Well, at least the icai has the guts to accept a mistake openly and give the student another chance, instead of giving some random mark like 39 or 59.

 

Yes it's a bad thing only, but i dont think any university in india would admit this kind of mistake, let alone give a candidate the right to re-appear in an exam for which paper went missing. So lets just hope that she does well in the re-exam. Let's not develop some psychosis over this. Pray for the student and hope that she can focus on the exam. Its only 3 weeks away.

And please let's not try to judge the ICAI or the student.. Because in the end our judgements do not even matter. I know mine doesn't.

 

I am neutral, not pro ICAI or anti students (that would make me a traitor). But always better to light a candle than curse the darkness.

simply unacceptable. It took two months for the institute to realise the mistake and the student is punished.  I urge all the students to take the ICAI to task.  The examination invigilator signs in the hall ticket for the receipt of answer book.  Then what happens? How many such cases, and institute failed the students? 

Its such a bad news for the FUTURE CA'S who have done there paper well.

This is really bad news from ICAI.

Now the qst arise how Ms. Grishma Nadiq prepare himself for exam. It is allready 2 month passed.

Can we belive on ICAI about our result? They may put wrong data in mark sheet.

oh my god! she will have to study all over again! 

These Incidence Really Creates Wrong Image of ICAI IN the Mind of the Students........

We believe That The Cheking pattern and Control in valuation of MArksheet is Very Good In ICAI 

but such type Of Negligence In ICAI Is Very Bad and should be critscised ......................

I Hope The Candidate Will do Well In the Exam

And ICAI Shuold take Care By This Mistake .............
