Icai alert message

i have received this message "ICAI ALERT: Acknowledge receipt of your fees vide DD No.: dated drawn on for 0/-" i didnt understand it.i have paid articles registration fee at the time of ipcc registration .and registered for articles too.can any one say what it is?
