Even then they have so much value. ICAI should do sth. ICAI is reducing pass percentage because due to their own shortcomings, their campus placements has been highly unsuccessful.
You should Refer ICAN , ICAP or ICASL and compare who have the lowest pass %

Nigeria,Pakistan and Shrilanka are least developed countries and they do-not need more Chartered Accountants.
