Company name is ArtEra India Private Limited, we have started this company @ 5 Nov 2014. All the compliance have been done including balance sheet for financial year 2014-2015. We are going to close this company but it will be good and more convenient if we can transfer the ownership to someone else who is willing to open a new company. It will be convenient for him also because he will get a registered company at No Cost(Savings will be approx Rs. 20000) & he can start working from the next day. <br> We were selling goods online @ flipkart, snapdeal, ebay, amazon etc. The company is having general memorandum which allows you to sell in multiple categories. <br> For more details please give me a call at 9718966519.
