Company name is ArtEra India Private Limited, we have started this company @ 5 Nov 2014. All the compliance have been done including balance sheet for financial year 2014-2015. We are going to close this company but it will be good and more convenient if we can transfer the ownership to someone else who is willing to open a new company.
