In Asst yr 2013-14 i have a filled a assess's return in ITR 2. In that ITR i have wrongly entered assess's Father's name A.K.Sengupta instead of A.C.Sengupta. For this type of error should i filed Revides Return.

you not need to... because that will not impact your income/assets/liabilites/expenses etc.. in any case...
overall if the item affect your financial position in any case, you should file, otherwise not...
