I sell goods within USA from india , then do I need to pay GST to our indian govt?

If I sell e-commerce goods within the USA by using facebook india/ Google India ad platforms, do I need to pay GST tax to our india govt? OR just need file nil GST? Thanks in advance

ECO need to get itself registered in india. TCS provisions apply if payment is rec'd directly by you. in that case need to pay TCS.

Are you E-commerce operator ???? are you operating from India ????.

Moreover as per sec 52 only those E-commerce operator are liable to collect TCS who allow other supplier to supply their goods through its platform & collects consideration in respect of Such supplies.

Note : If goods are not procurement is not from Indian & goods sold is not in India then NO GST is applicable

Yes being export of goods tax needs to be discharged, as u are supplier and goods are sold outside India.

further you cannot be e com operator as per sec 2[45] "electronic commerce operator" means any person who owns, operates or manages digital or electronic facility or platform for electronic commerce;

so u don't own FB or Google platform so no TCS
