Frnds. . I have a prblm regarding IT, audit. Nd Sm. . . Prblm is that. . I have vry easy lang books for all the three subjects. . Bt muje ye samj ne ara what to learn or not. . Actually scanner khol k dkho to pura chap me se kuch na kuch har bar aya hua h exam me, , agr chap pado to samaj me sb ara h par sb imp lagra h, bt sb kuch to yad kiya ne ja skta as thr is alot of theory if we total al t three subjects. ...agr kewal padke likhke aya to kacha paka likh k aunga aur marks b kam e aenge. . Now pls tel me wht is the best way to deal with theory subjects, specially Sm , It Nd audit.

icai's practice manual for Sm is very useful and also go through through thr RTPs.

get dinesh madan class notes photocopied from somewhere . it is point to point direct , dont use book it is in paragraph

learn chapter

internet and techmology

software

database

by heart and practice flow chart and ( very easy 10 marks) just read other chapters . and memorise definitions

2) SM

chapter 3,4,5,7 commit to memory from p.s rathore ( very small book but effective)

chapter 1 and 2 wont require any effort after 2 or 3 quick readings

3)audit

things to cram up

1) company audit 1

2)audit report (including sa 700,701 ...

3)caro

4) all latest and revsied SA ( 200, fraud , internal control , 850 , documentation , joint audit , expert etc ) audit is a practical subject . i think it is good if you can understand and give 2 readings from surbhi bansal

chapter 1 to 5 in surbhi bansal can get you easily 50 marks ( more focus on these )

DON'T IGNORE ANYTHING.............EACH AND EVERY STUDENT HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS.....EVEN I ALSO CLEARED MY EXAMS AFTER GOING THROUGH EVERY TOPICS............EACH AND EVERY TOPIC IS RELEVANT............WHO KNOW WHAT COMES IN EXAM...........SO PREPARE WELL...DON'T WORRY........ BEST OF LUCK FOR PREPARATIONS
