Dear All could you please help me in this issue. I have register company in 5 oct. 2016 as a privat limited, after that due to some probelem i have not continue my company, but company is still active and also while this period till now i have done some very less transanction i.e upto 1 lac throuh this company account. now i want continue this company what i have to do, and also i have not done any Mandatory Compliances while this period. please guide me my contact no. is 8880001093 and email id is mudasir.bhat86 @ gmail.com.plz reply this post

YOU SHOULD FILE YOUR ROC RETURN & INCOME TAX RETRUN.. CONTACT YOUR CA TO FILE THIS.

Dont worry. If you company is register in October 2016. You have to file return for just 1 year i.e. for Year ended on March 31, 2017. Nothing else. Penalty (along with additional fees) would not be more than Rs. 10,000-15,000. If you can mail me name of your company and MoA & AOA, I will be able to help you with exact fees and other expenses you need to incur to make sure you dont end up paying more.
