How is Transportatiin of Goods nd services accessed in d purview of Service Tax??

It is a taxable services and I could not get the your question. plz more brief it.
Transportation of goods by road is chargeable under reverse charge. The person who takes the service has to pay and for that the small scale service provider exemption is not available. There is exemption for small consignments though.
