Hi,
Can any one let me know wheather the affidavit submited at the time of PAN application of HUF needs to be on stamp paper? or else we can just take a printout on normal paper and the karta will sign.
Also, what all document we need to submit of Karta's ID proof and Address Proof.

It would be advisable to make it on stamp paper as it will als be useful as evidncein other like legal purpose...
is Rs 500 stamp paper is fine?
