For FY 2022-23, in GSTR-9:

HSN-wise details of outward supplies are mandatory if your aggregate turnover exceeds ₹5 crores.

Since your turnover is ₹1.25 crores, HSN details are not mandatory to be reported in GSTR-9.
So for your case, you can skip the HSN-wise details in GSTR-9 for both outward and inward supplies.
