Due to my work situation, i live in two different cities Mumbai and Bangalore for 15 days each. I pay rent in both the cities & have proper rent agreement as well mentioning my name on it.
In this situation, can i claim HRA for both the cities rent for full year i have paid in a financial year.
Pls advise
Whether your company mandate you to work in both the cities? If it is with the employment contract, you can claim it for both the HP for the same time period, subject to fulfilment of other conditions as per rules.
