Hra examption if rent provide by emplee & also hra showing i

Please tell us the

- HRA allowed by the employer,

- House rent paid by u,

- Where have u been giving this accomaation..

This is to ensure a complete HRA exemption rule. I will surely say u what is taxable and what is not taxable and deemed to be ur income.

House rent 60000/- paid by my employer on behalf of me direct to the house owner...also in a SAlary part HRA received 42000/-. Accomodation provide me in Jammu city.But I've paid tax the hole HRA (60000+42000). No examption given by the employer in Form -16. So pls tell me how could i get the HRA examption....

Condition 3 = Rent in xcs of 10% of salary..

(Remember too give me a break up of salary like what is basic and what is DA and how ,uch of DA forms part of retirement benefits and all)
