I need clarification on HRA calculation for below case,
if suppose company payroll Days will be 21st March 2021 to April 20th 2021(31 days), in that case while calculating the HRA for F Y 21-22 can we consider Previous year days also Means March 10 days or only 20 days of April.
You close gf the year with everyth gn including hrs, annual interest expense, other period costs.
10 days of March rent must be calculated for previous accounting year. and remailing 20 days of April comes under current financial year.In that way you have to calculate and show in the accounts entry
