your ans is not seems correct... because qus is asking about residential status during Financial Year 2010-2011 and nothing is given about FY 2009-10...

as in FEMA QUESTION no info was given about FY 2009-10 BUT IN FY 2010 HE RESIDED IN INDIA FOR 180 DAYS & THEN WENT ABROAD
IT APPEARS THAT HE WAS RESIDING IN INDIA FOR MORE THAN 182DAYS IN INDIA IN FY 2009-10
HENCE HE MUST BE PRI.
CORRECT ME IF IA AM WRONG !
