ya sushant is correct...for safety i had written that taking assumption that mr. bhattacharya was residing for more than 182 days in previous year.2009-10...he wud be PRI immaterial of his current year status..

the answer of Royal bank is of sec 293 n not frm 372

abhishek sir mr. b shud b PROI  as he is residing for less than d limit of 182 days....nd overall the paper was above standard nd bit unexpected

mayank I wish ICAI was as generous as U..

but dey ve managed 2 screw us up.. as known paper was unpredictable but for me it ws frustrating..after reading a lot..output is or ll be bad :(

overall paper was good.. Bt the questions ask for winding up and the amalgamation definately give a chance to icai deduct as mch as marks they want by not asking the technical question.. So b ready for a scaling ...
