I think 90% paper ws easy....
Paper is very good, it tested the basic things. May students overlook these things. May be the paper is a good scorer.

it was similar problem from the Practice manual. The answer was since any transfer oif asset to wholly owned subsidary would not be considered transfer u/s 47, it is adviced to the compan y to acquire balce 26% of shares in the company and then transfer the assets.
