How to treat interdivision tranfer of goods without cost/price

Dear Friends,

                  I have a query regarding treatment of inter division tranfer.There is two firm,one is partnership firm(2 Partners),other is sole propritorship firm(proprietor is out of 2 partner mentioned above),first from produced block for construction purpose and incure exp. for the production of blocks and send it without any invoice to other firm and that firm uses block send by first firm without any cost.

Now, I have query regarding treatment of above situation(note: both firm are constrution & developer firm)
