First go through the Modules by the Institute very well and definelty then refer to othe rbooks. Donot leave any page unturned from the module.

Also do go through the last few years papers.

Well....i m just focussing on 1st group as it has 2 commom subjects with my 2nd yr, only GCL is left.........and for 2nd group.....Some topics of Company law is common and the remaining portion and also the rest 2 subjects are also a big prob. for me !!

May be i will go 4 selective study only .....!!

hay cn u'l pl help me out... my pcc is in may 10 n cs exec in june 10. n rite nw i m exclusively concentratn on pcc. i m plannin 2gv only 1st group in cs. so aftr my exams i'l only hv 2weeks 2study. is it practically possble 2study GCL in di time??

Dear Niyati,

My first suggestion to you is Do concentrate on PCC but at the same time do not neglect CS exams. You still have time and you can very well do both togeher.

List out the common topics and then do them well so that atleast a part of both is completed. also analyse which chapters have more weightage so that they should be completed throughly. And later on chapters with less weightage should be concentrated on.

GCL is a very scoring paper. Do the practical topics in GCL and you will defiently score better than the others.

Another suggestion to you is : Do not use the sms / short language. This will get into the paper writing which in turn will get your answers wrong.

One added advantage of a CS is that he/she should have good drafting skills, if you do this you shall never be able to get that acumen.

you have to submit the form no. 112 with an emmidiate effact with the late fees as chargeble
