Try n concentrate on practical aspects.... that will help...

Before I proceed to answer I like to tell you that I have scored 65 marks in Audit hen I passed Final.

You may judge your if it suits you or you can try for limited time if it works for you.

Devide the Whole Audit Syllabus in Fragments

1. Co Audit 2. Co Auditor 3. Code of Ethics 4. AS 5. AAS 6. Bank Audit 7. Tax Audit 8. Concepts

9. System Audit 9. Specific Audits (co operative society/stock broker/stock exchange/retail etc.) and Audit of purchases, other functions and It company audit.

Find out which out of above are boring to you.

If 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7 are boring then it not good sign and try to concentrate as these are key for CA. For this you should indulge in some discussion and read some questions and also take help of action of desciplinary committe cases against CAs or case study will help.

If they are other

Read them casually just for sake of finding something interesting like rights of auditor etc and specific peculiar nature of that. You can read them casually while at tea or eatching some TV news, or at some leisure time.

Try to tell it to some friend any interesting point you notice.

This will help.

so read the things assuming or facing practically

Start wid PE. as it is interesting n covers a big portion in audit ...n daily learn 4 to 5 SAs ..

den study co. audit n audit report......

aftr dat take up all small chapters...

ur course will b comleted within 10 to 15 days......

give atleast 3 to 4 hrs daily to audit...........
