How to solve the equation below?

e ^ (r X  t) 

where,

r = rate of interest = 10% p.a. &

t = time  = 1 year.

1.1052 is d ans

1st step -----  2.7183 root it 12 times

u will get 1.00024417206

step 2>>>than SUBTRACT 1 from it

u will get 0.00024417206

step3>>>than *(Multiply) It with power ( IN this CASE .10*1yr= .10)

u will get =  0.0000244172

step4 >>> than add 1 to it

u will get 1.0000244172

step5 >>>>>> *multiply it 12 times

u will get the ans 1.10518374474= 1.1052

How did you get 2.7183  and 12 in step 1?

Is e=2.7183 ??

e = exponential power.. and that is 2.7183

the value is mathematically proved...

and Rooting 12 times and other steps are A SET PROCEDURES...
