Hi I am just want to know how to register a private limited company and what document I need.
I know I have to buy DIN,DSC,name of company(I have already applied it on MCA online).
but now my problem is what is MOC and AOC and how to register and where to submit.
Please help me asap.

after getting DIN
1)get he Digital Signature
2)Name Application Form 1A
3)prepare AOA and MOA
4) file the above 2 togather with an undertaking of CA/CS/ICWA and the First Directors.
