My client is a LIC of INDIA's agent, her TDS is app. 41,000/- as per FORM NO. 16A, but as per FORM 26AS , department shows only 20,000/- thousand.
LIC OF INDIA advised me to apply on NSDL to verify all data,
because LIC OD INDIA submited all TDS returns correctly at the time
So , please inform me how to receive REFUND ORDER ?
match form 16A with 26A and make a sheet of the TDS details not shown in 26AS, then again visit LIC, NSDL does not entertain the deductee, but deductor can request them to rectify, if they have filed correct.

if you have TDS certificate then dont worry , just go through NSDL and show them your TDS certificate and ask them reason..and then tell to rectify it..
