Munish Bhandari's book is very useful for self study to understand the concepts and Practice manual is useful for revising the syllabus and to know the types questions ask in the examination ......

Hi Ekta,

I would suggest you to go for Munish Bhandari for 1st time reading. For second and final revision you can refer Handbook. After reading Munish Bhandari properly you can skip reading the PM. U need not to waste time in reading that seperatly rather you can go through it chapter wise at the time of doing first study itself.

For exemption you need to remember and revise the sections and its content and execute it in the proper language(legal language) or if time permits you can also go for the tests conducted by the various coaching classes.

and  be carefull study with penal provision and amount of peanlty.

there are huge chance of may 14 papper base on penal provision.

Hi

If you carefully observe the words of BOS chairman, he usually recommends us to study PRAC MANUAL Thoroughly. After reading other publication PM is must and should....

Law :

1. Start with Chapter Directors. Around 30 marks questions asked out of it.
2. Now do small topics like Accounts & Audit, Dividend, Inspection and Investigation marks covered 12-20.
3. Now do Prevention of opperssion and mismangement and winding up marks covered 10-12.
4. Now do Companies incorporated outside India & Compromise, Arragements and reconstruction marks covered 8-12.
5. Now do allied law – Important are SEBI, FEMA, SRFAESI Act, Competetion Act & Insurance.
