How to prepare as
I am going to give group 2 examinations in May 2014 and I would be very thankful if someone advised me on how to prepare AS.

according to me best is parveen sharma sir's notes..if u have them its good or else arrange it..from his notes u will be able to prepare the as in a very short span of time..

Praveen sharma notes on AS are easy to understand.
conceptually praveen sharma's book is best and solve the practice manual question for way of presentation,,...

Its depend upon the nature of the company's Turnover n more thn tht d nature of transaction in whice such company engaged.
( eg. Say company is ingaged in construction contract thn as 7 wil apply.
