How to portect excel workbook all cells

Follow the very simple method:

Open an excel file

select all cells press Ctrl + A

Right click on selected cells

select format cells

go to protection check locked if unchecked

press ok

go to review tab

click protect sheet

Click on any option which you want user to be able to do like allow user to select cells etc....

enter password

click ok

reenter password
