I have paid f.y 17-18 income tax on 5-9-18 so how to pass entry in tally for private limited company. but we not make any provision or advance tax in f. y 17-18.

you can book the tax payment as expenses in books. This won't be claimed as expense under income tax but you can pass in books for your payment.
