How to open a educational trust

If you need to open an educational trust, you need to get it registered with the charity commissioner of your district. The forms are available with Charity Commissioners Office. The documents required are basically all the identity and address proofs of the founders, their photographs, declarations as required by Trust Act applicable, Security Deposit required to be submitted in form of KVP / Fixed Deposit / NSC. Pay the requisite fees. Also submit the trust deed. On submission of all compliances, the trust will get registered.

how and where to register a trust in to the educational, creche, orphanage, oldage home and pilgrims waiting hall. And can we get a rent free/ low rent lease for long time?
