If you need to open an educational trust, you need to get it registered with the charity commissioner of your district. The forms are available with Charity Commissioners Office. The documents required are basically all the identity and address proofs of the founders, their photographs, declarations as required by Trust Act applicable, Security Deposit required to be submitted in form of KVP / Fixed Deposit / NSC. Pay the requisite fees. Also submit the trust deed. On submission of all compliances, the trust will get registered.
