Hi im vijayalaxmi. One of my friend is going to start small house hold Chemical based company. They want to do Vat Registration.They don't have the Company Registration also. I don't know the process and how much it costs. Can anyone help in this matter.

For VAT Registration the documents required are :
1. PAN of Business Proprieter/ DIRECTOR
2. Address Proof of the Proprieter/Director.
3. Any proof of Business Like SHOPS & Establishments Act Registration/Electricity Bill.
4.U may approach centralised registration in Abids opp to GUNFOUNDRY SBH .
5. VAT registration cost will depend on fomalities given at CTO office.(total around it costs approximatly rs5000 only).
