Unable to make payment of MVAT online because of details like

1) Form ID:

2) Account head  


3) Location of sales tax office
 
4) Type of Payment

Form ID is depend on your business Form are 231,232 233 etc.

Location - where your business is located eg, Pune, Mumbai etc.

Type of paymnet - VAT

Account Head is type of payment : MVAT / Late fees / Interest / Penalty ....
