if I want to practice as CA i have to take permission from association, If i want to practice as doctor i have to take permission, same way for other professions too... I want to know how to build such body what are the procedures and formalities?

Yes, Its Registered as Association of Person Under Income Tax Act.
Its registered as Section 25 Company Under Companies Act.
Its Taken 10(23) Exemption of Educational Body & Institute Under Exemption of income Tax Act.
Further ICAI Have Its Own Act, Passed Under parliament.
