Bawa time table and adherence to it..
punish urself if u could not follow the time table.. i do it
study while walking... u will not go in the dormition state.
aur fir bhi kuch nahi hua to BABA RAMDEV SE MILO (just kidding)
sleep whenever u want to sleep but study all the time when u dnt sleep
