How to get tin in Delhi?

First go for Url https://dvat.gov.in/website/home.H T M L 

Click on New Registration for Pan Verfication fill the desired form with your contact submit the same.

You will be notified for Pan Verification on your mail along with Login Credentials that will be Reference ID provided at the time of submitting the Pan Verification form as your User Id and Mobile number as your password.

After Login fill the desired Form and upload the documets
