u can see the same in that companies Annual Report/Annual Return in which  the details of all shareholders are to be mentioned

Yes thats the way, You have to get registered on MCA portal and pay the requistie fee

Check MOA-Intial subscribers details-whether first directors hods share or not

Login in MCA, if registered

Go to  view public document

select the company - by name or CIN

Check whether Form 20B(Annual Return) if filed by the company- (That you can check without payment)

If documents are available in the list, make payment and check the attchment to Form 20B. There you will find list of shareholders.

you can even download MOA from list of documetns.

U can know this from Form 20B of that company by paying a requisite amount of fees i.e Rs.50 ,Where the annual return is attached & which contains the detail list of shareholder & directors alongwith their shareholdin pattern...
