My assessee is donating a very high amount towards charity. Normally it exceeds the Gross Qualifying amount. As the tax planning tool we are thinking of forming Section 25 company & transfer the corpus. Section 25 company will invest as per the mandate & profit will be donated as per the MOA & AOA.

Kindly advise me is it a right way. & how it will effect to save the taxes.
