There is a column in the 'FORM' tab of 24Q in TDS RPU prepared by TIN-NSDL. That's about whether the address is changed since the last return. It is sure that the address has not changed in my case. Probably most of the persons (from urban areas) may not be aware that the details in the address columns are mostly useless as far as rural areas are concerned. Like Building Name, Flat No.,  Locality, Road Name... etc... So, it is a practice to fill these details with some dummy values. For ex: Flat No. is a mandatory field. Flat No or Door No.. does not make sense in a rural areas. So, we fill some value just to keep things going. So, I fear that if i don't get the address as entered in the TAN,  surely there will be a mismatch of the details. The practice here is to give manual Form-16. So, no need to consider the address details entered in it as a proof address

Go to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

There;s a link on the left side of the Home page

Just Click the TAN link in it.

You can see the TAN details entered at the time of registration
