now finalisation steps
1. all year end accruals need to be passed.
2. date of statutory liability when they are paid .
3. basics regarding fixed assets schedule completed or not.
4. stock audit report of internal auditor.
5. whether the internal checks and controls are adequate commensurate to the size of the company.
6. whether the sales invoice as at the end of the year are all booked.
7. ensure proper controls as regards cut offs.
