I have joined M.Tech Computer Science from U.P.T.U in 2013. In 2015, we 13-14 students gave 3rd Sem exam but till date we haven't recieved our "result. We have talked to our HOD of our college and talked with Director. Initially we were been told that the result is late. In 2016, we started enquiring about our result then we were been told that papers have been misplaced. After so many enquiries, I want to file a complaint and RTI. Also till date nobody cares for 2013 batch result whereas the 2014 batch will be clearing their 4th sem soon. The college is not bother to answer us. We students are tired of their excuses.
Please help in how I can file a complaint in student's forum and file RTI.
