How to file itr for individual for ay 2014-15 now in march18

Hi,

One of my friend havent filed returns since AY 2013-14, now he wants to file returns for all years till AY 2017-18. He is able to file AY 2016-17 and AY 2017-18 but he is unable to file AY 2014-15, Is there any way that this can be done. He havent received any notice from IT department, please guide me on this on how to file his return for AY 2014-15 as our Jurisdictional Office is not accepting Manual returns.

it can not allowed except AO permit us to file. we have to satisfy him by giving certain reason of not filling. I will suggest if that time there was not taxable income then leave that year and proceed filling for ay 2016-17 and 2017-18 on or before 31st March 2018.

Thanks for the reply,

but unfortunately my friend got turnover and also taxable income in that year, his compliance also showing Transactions more than 10lakhs deposited in account and other compliance issues.

Then it can be first enabled by AO too file online otherwise there is not any other option currently . so it is best to write an application to AO and request to allow to file the return a notice will be issued then you can file the return. but before file the later years because after 31st March it will also not allowed.
