How to enter share transactions
I want to know how to enter share transactions in case of individual and if the transactions is conducted in company. how the charges are separated, what is the treatment for profit or loss from the transactions.

Accounting of both are same.. The charges pertaining to purchase can be debited in purchase amount and charges pertaining to sales can be reduced from sale value.. You will have to calculate short and long term profit and loss and pay taxes accordingly
