we have a partnership firm 2 patnar as per dead. one patnar want to close hi s patnar ship please suggest how to close the patnar ship. What is the procedure Can after close patnar ship 2nd person continue same firm as a proprietor ship.

1st patnar wants to Start his new business
You can dissolved partnership firm as per the section 40 of the partnership Act 1932 . "Dissolution by Aggement" . It's long procdure you can contact to any CA nearby you to do closing procdure , can not explain here in short .
