How to Clarify a ticket which was raised earlier on ICAI SSP

I have raised a ticket on ICAI SSP and have received a response asking me to "Clarify" certain information. On the ticket, it also says "Resolved by expert". 

I am not able to find an option to reply to the query from ICAI. I have tried writing to them and calling them but have not received any response. 

If anyone could help on the matter, it would be highly appreciated.
