How to claim ITC on imports with Courier Bill Of Entry

ITC / Input 2096 views 4 replies

Hi

I have imported few shipments from china via Fedex courier.

But the Courier Bill Of Entry is not visible on Icegate,

and IGST amount charged by customs is also not available for ITC on gst panel.

So how should I claim ITC for IGST charged by customs on import bill.

My gst number is mentioned on the Courier Bill Of Entry.

Please someone help me in this.

Thanks

Just link the Bill of entry on the GST portal. The ITC will then be visible In GSTR- 2A.

I have noted instances of ITC on courier bill of entry now being reported in GSTR-2A (see attached screenshot). So try fetching the icegate data manually to see if it also fetches the details for courier.

Refer below link to know how to fetch the data manually through your GST portal login.
