kindly tell me how to claim ITC for a quarter April May June and it directly add in my bank account.

You can not claim refund of ITC except for
1. Zero rated Supplies (exporters)
2. Inverted duty structure.

in other cases, refund is not allowed, you can use your ITC balance to set of output tax liability arises on sale of Goods and services and both.
